12th of October is the Spanish National Festivity. Some spanish citizens go to Montjuïc to demonstrate for "unity" and national pride. From the dictatorship in 1940, this day is also considered the "race day" and some fascists celebrate it to acclaim Franco and fascism against cultural and ideological diversity.

Just a few photos during the morning in the catalan capital. The general strike was against the work reform and cuts that the autonomic and state government promoted. The afternoon of the 29th of March Barcelona went in flames, but I was not there to report it. Jordi Borràs reported that strike and many more in his book "Warcelona, a story of violence" (2013).  

In the evening of the 25th of November, women and men united went to the streets to reclaim the night. Brighton citizens shouted "no excuse for violent men" in a crowded march on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
